Tzaziki

  • 1 agurk
  • 3 dl gresk yoghurt
  • 1 fedd hvitløk
  • 1 ss finhakket mynte
  • salt

Riv agurken på et rivjern og ha den over i en sil. Klem ut så mye vann som mulig.
Yoghurt, finhakket hvitløk, mynte og salt blandes.

Bland i agurken rett før servering.
